Importing font sets to shake4

Shake gives me a list of fonts from FORMAT > Fonts on my Mac. But there is a special set of fonts that I want to use under EDIT > Special Characters > Symbols > Phonetic Symbols. I don't know how to help shake find this list. the letter is Unicode 00f0 Latin Small Letter eth
I found: /* *Latin1 *(ISO/IEC 8859-1=Unicode U 0020..U00ff) *Byte 3=0 */
I know this is the entire collection of Phonetic Symbols but I have know idea what to do with it.
Also found: #defineXK_eth 0x00f0/*U+00F latin small letter eth*?

I am out of my league here, but I need that letter (Looks like a backward 6 with a line through the stem) I need to use it as a "d" Thanks for reading.
